Acer Aspire S7 Windows 8 Ultrabook with Full HD Touchscreen Display

Besides announced Acer Iconia W510 and Acer Iconia W700, Acer also announced Aspire S7 Series Ultrabooks on Computex 2012 event in Taipei. The ultrabooks are running on Windows 8 OS. The first ultrabook comes with a 13.3-inch display and the other has a 11.6-inch display. Both come with Full HD resolution and touchscreen support.

The 13.3-inch Aspire S7 is equipped with a battery which provides up to 12 hours of battery life, while the battery life of 11.6-inch Aspire S7 is 9 hours for normal use.

The 11.6-inch Acer Aspire S7 is an ultrabook with smallest form factor in the world. The thickness is only 12mm.

Acer Announces ICONIA W510 and ICONIA W700 Windows 8 Tablets

Acer ICONIA W510 Tablet comes with a 10.1-inch IPS display. The detachable keyboard extends the battery life up to 18 hours. This tablet has speakers on each side. The ports available on ICONIA W510 are a docking port, a micro USB port, an HDMI port, as well as an audio jack. For storage expansion, it's equipped with a microSD slot. A SIM card slot is also available on this tablet. The tablet can be rotated 295 degrees for presentation mode.

Acer ICONIA W700 has a slightly larger 11.6-inch display with Full HD resolution supporting up to 10 fingers multi-touch. For enhanced Audio, it comes with Dolby Home Theater. The tablet has three USB 3.0 ports, ThunderBolt port, micro HDMI. The battery provides over 8 hours of battery life. The multipurpose cradle can be adjusted for several viewing options.
